Message from the Chairman of Corporation du Fort St-Jean

Welcome to our Internet site. Our high-powered Board of Governors is committed to the success of Corporation du Fort St-Jean. Our nine governors are actively working to update our policies and processes while aiming to optimize our marketing activities.

Each year at the end of June, the Board of Governors holds an annual general meeting of members in order to present the financial statement and the result of the operations of Corporation du Fort St-Jean, a not-for-profit organization.

Corporation du Fort St-Jean is proud to serve the Canadian Forces, particularly the Royal Military College Saint-Jean and the Non Commissioned Member Professional Development Center.

The Board of Governors of Corporation du Fort St-Jean is composed of four regular members—the Conseil Économique du Haut-Richelieu (CLD), the Chambre de commerce du Haut-Richelieu, the Veterans of the Royal Military College Saint-Jean and the Regional County Municipality of Haut-Richelieu. Each regular member is represented by a governor, with the exception of the Conseil Économique de Haut-Richelieu (CLD), which has two representatives. Added to these five governors are four independents, for a total of nine governors in all.
